Turkey Stock Gravy


  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups turkey stock, warmed
  • several twigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage or more to your liking
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

What to do with them..

  1. In a large saute pan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Slowly add in warm turkey stock 1/2 cup at a time until gravy is desired consistency.
  3. Add in spices and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Stir and stir and let the spices seep in.
