Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups turkey stock, warmed
- several twigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage or more to your liking
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
What to do with them..
- In a large saute pan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add in warm turkey stock 1/2 cup at a time until gravy is desired consistency.
- Add in spices and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Stir and stir and let the spices seep in.
