I found this recipe on Eat Yourself Skinny and it sounds wonderful. More here after I try it.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, about 1/2 a lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 4 to 6 tablespoons water, depending on the consistency you want
What to do with them...
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients, except for water, until smooth. Then add the water one tablespoon at a time, mixing well, until you have the consistency you want in this sauce.
- Use as a dipping sauce for veggies and spring rolls, as a sauce for noodles, as a dressing for salads, and more!
