Naan For Dinner


Breakfast For Dinner Naan

  • 2 pieces naan bread - find large naan bread
  • 3 or 4 Oz. small sliced broccoli
  • 2 to 4 Oz. kielbasa sausage
  • 2 Tbsp pickled cherry peppers or pimentos or...
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 Tsp  ground pepper
  • 2 to 4 Oz. fontina cheese, grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • Ground salt

What to do with them...

  1. Heat oven to 450°
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil, oil the foil very well, and place the naan bread on top. Rub the naan back and forth in the oil so every surface gets covered.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli (thick stems discarded, thinner stems sliced into 1/2 inch pieces), kielbasa, pickled cherry peppers, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
  4. Put the mixture on top of the naan, then sprinkle with the fontina cheese.
  5. Crack an egg on top of each naan and pop it in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes for slightly runny yolks.
  6. Sprinkle with a little ground salt and pepper and serve it up!
