Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Lb ground beef
- 1/4 Tsp ground pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 8 Oz wide egg noodles
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbs chopped parsley
What to do with them...
- Mince the garlic, dice the bell pepper, and add them to the melted butter in a large pot or skillet and saute over medium heat for about one minute, or until the garlic is soft and fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and continue to saute until it is fully browned.
- Add the uncooked egg noodles to the pot along with the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard and stir to combine.
- Place a lid on the pot and allow the liquid to come to a boil over medium-high heat. When it boils, stir the pot and replace the lid. Turn the burner to low and allow pot to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the noodles are tender add the cream to the pot. Stir it up and taste for seasoning. Roughly chop a handful of parsley and sprinkle it over the top. Serve hot.
